A preconception plan can prevent your child having health problems such as allergies, asthma and learning difficulties. Both parents can take part in a preconception program to ensure optimal health prior to conception of a child.

Krista also works with many women to assist with health issues that can affect fertility such as endometriosis, PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome), fibroids, low libido, dysmenorrhea, recurrent miscarriage, hypothyroidism and menstrual irregularities. She can also assist with nutrition for couples undergoing IVF treatment.
