About us
Krista Macklin — Naturopath & Medical Herbalist
Krista has over 10 years experience in complementary
medicine and is passionate about fertility, reproductive health, women’s health
and hormonal conditions.
After qualifying as a Naturopath, Krista worked for
the Richmond Foundation supporting people recovering from Mental illnesses
through diet and nutritional recommendations.
Through this experience Krista learnt the value of
nutrition on mood, lifestyle and behaviour. Krista recently completed her Masters
in Herbal Medicine with Sydney University and is continuing her studies in
Reproductive Science and Genetics.

Deborah Gibson — Naturopath
Deborah qualified as a Naturopathic Doctor in Canada and brings a wealth of
knowledge from her experience as a Naturopath in both Canadian and Australian
clinics. Restoring health through herbal medicine, acupuncture, proper nutrition
and homeopathics, is Deborah’s passion. Deborah is dedicated to helping
individuals achieve their health goals and reach their optimal level of
wellness. Deborah’s clinical focus is women’s health, hormonal imbalance and
fertility. She has successfully treated health issues ranging from PCOS,
endometriosis, reproductive health, infertility, menopause and weight loss.
Deborah is committed to keeping up to date with the latest research and uses a
range of pathology tests to help identify and eliminate underlying obstacles to
health.

Leah Bonsall
– Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Leah Bonsall is an Acupuncturist, Chinese Medicine Herbalist and Massage
Therapist. Leah completed a Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)
at UWS and SITCM and trained in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital in Nanjing, China.
Through her training she was fortunate enough to work in a well esteemed
practice in Sydney, with a highly skilled and popular acupuncturist.
Leah has been passionate about TCM for over 10 years and has a successful
practice on the south coast. Leah also works at the acupuncture IVF Support
Clinic. She has a deep interest in women’s health and in particular infertility.
Leah’s interest in women’s health began when she trained in the gynecology
department in Nanjing, China.
Leah also treats other health concerns such as insomnia, depression, fatigue,
musculoskeletal disorders, anxiety disorders, sinusitis, headaches, arthritis
and sports injuries.
Leah believes that living a life in balance is essential to health. She
believes that TCM assists a person to create this balance to bring about harmony
to mind, body and spirit.

Association).
Cathy Morris — Remedial Massage Therapist, Aromatherapist
Cathy is a fully qualified remedial massage
therapist and aromatherapist who applies a variety of techniques to assist with
muscular aches and pains, sports injuries and emotional stress. She is trained
in aromatherapy massage, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage, trigger point
therapy and myofascial release.
This year Cathy is continuing her studies into
aromatherapy and soft tissue treatments. Cathy is available Mondays to Thursday
and Saturdays for appointments.

Nina Taumberger — Student Naturopath
Nina is currently in her second year of studying for
a Diploma of Naturopathy at the Australasian College of Natural Medicine.
Nina
assists with VLA assessments and works on reception
Thursdays, Fridays and
Saturdays.

Rhiannon Davies — Receptionist
Rhiannon helps out on reception Wednesdays and
Saturdays and is
studying PE Teaching at Wollongong University.
